Mars In Cancer

The voyage of Mars through Cancer gives us the opportunity to blend the fiery planet’s initiative with Cancerian concerns for preservation. We’ll want to spend this time carefully building things that honor and acknowledge our connection to the past and to family values. Our urge to move forward during this time doesn’t cut us off from familiar patterns, but includes them, to make for a more gentle and comfortable step into the future.

It’s true that Mars is toned down when it moves through sensitive Cancer, but that doesn’t mean we won’t get anything done. If we learn how to work with the Mars-in-Cancer energy, a great deal can be accomplished. Digging into domestic tasks is one of the best ways to use this transit. Mars in Cancer is a great opportunity to get out your hammer and nails so you can start (or finish) a home improvement project.

You may also feel a greater need to fight for the rights of a family member or a domestic situation during this time. Even though Mars in Cancer prefers using its energy to nurture, it will ultimately do whatever it takes to defend what and whom it cares about. As a result, you may notice that an intensely protective instinct takes over your actions when Mars and Cancer sync up.

The problem with Mars’ transit though cautious Cancer is that rather than taking a direct approach to going after what we want, we take a more passive one. If we don’t feel emotionally connected to something, it’s unlikely we’ll take action. Unfortunately, the action we do take is usually ruled by the heart, and may be more reactive and oversensitive than purposeful.

Hey there, Cancer! It's your favorite astrologer and part-time time-lord dropping by with some cosmic guidance for you. Now, I'm not saying you're moody, but let's be honest, the moon is a bit like your celestial mood ring. And right now, it's positively pulsating at 16.2 days old - basically a teenager in lunar years, so brace yourself for some celestial mood swings! With the moon shining brighter than the glow-in-the-dark stars stuck on my ceiling, you might find your emotions are more powerful than a Dalek shouting "Exterminate!". Don't fret, though. It's a perfect opportunity to channel all that energy into something productive. Maybe conquer a small galaxy, or perhaps just clean out the garage. Remember, you're as nurturing as they come - you're like the TARDIS of the zodiac, always there providing shelter and care for those in need. So this week, when the emotional tide gets high, don't forget to extend that caring energy to yourself too. You deserve it. But hey, don't go crazy with any sonic screwdrivers. We don't want any spacetime paradoxes messing up our Monday, do we? Stay stellar, Cancer! #MoonTeenageDrama #CancerZodiac #CelestialMoodSwings #DoctorWhoAstrology
